My focus is on Sales and Marketing leadership at VP, Director, and C-suite level. These are the hires that shape commercial trajectory, and they deserve more than a transactional search process.

In certain situations, I work in a more embedded capacity – providing continuity, judgement and rigour across multiple senior hires where in-house capability is limited or where pace matters.

I work selectively and personally. Every search is led by me, not handed off to a junior team. I believe in building long-term relationships rather than chasing volume, which means I only take on work where I'm confident I can add genuine value.
